Liquid Mounds Bar Hot Cocoa

Recipe:

  • 1 1/2 oz Good Quality 70% Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 1-7 oz can Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
  • 3/4 C Soy Milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Rum, optional

In a microwave safe bowl, melt chopped chocolate on 50% power about 2 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small pan, heat coconut milk and soy milk over medium low heat until simmering. Whisk in the chocolate. Remove from heat. Whisk in the rum. Makes 2 very decadent servings.

Garnish with marshmallows, toasted coconut, etc.
